As part of that partnership, Raine Group’s managing director Dara Leung has joined the Voldex board of directors and partner Todd Rosoff is serving as observer.

Voldex raised additional debt financing led by Shamrock Capital with participation from Ares Management Credit funds and Cadma Capital Partners.
