Lady Gaga is set to take to the stage at Netflix’s Tudum: The Live Event on May 31.”
In a post, Gaga greeted her fans and said, “Hi Little Monsters, I just wrapped Copacabana. I’m headed to Singapore, and then I’ll see you at Tudum.”
Gaga is set to make an appearance in “Wednesday” Season 2. While the exact nature of Gaga’s role is still under wraps, sources have said it will be a cameo appearance. The show will return on Aug. 6, debuting with Part 1. Part 2 will follow on Sept. 3.
Earlier this month, she performed the biggest concert of her career. The “Abracadrabra” singer held a free concert on Saturday night in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Copacabana Beach, and drew a record-breaking crowd of 2.5 million people. According to concert organizers, Gaga now holds the record for the highest-attended concert by a female artist in history.
The performance followed Gaga’s headlining performances at Coachella and sold-out stadium shows in Mexico City. Earlier this week, Gaga performed at YouTube’s Upfronts in New York. Gaga will likely perform a song or two from her latest album, “Mayhem,” at Tudum ahead of the Mayhem Ball Tour, which kicks off in July in Las Vegas.
As previously announced, Sofia Carson is set to host Netflix‘s Tudum 2025 event, which will feature the casts of “Stranger Things,” “Wednesday,” “Frankenstein,” “Happy Gilmore 2” and more of the streamer’s popular TV shows and movies. The show will also feature stars from “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders,” WWE and more “surprise” guests.
Netflix’s Tudum has been an annual event since 2020, this Tudum marks the first time the live event — which this year will take place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles — will also air live on Netflix as a special beginning at 5 p.m. PT. Previous iterations of Tudum have live-streamed on YouTube.
