Pool Party Creative, a fast-rising creative agency known for its bold campaigns, has officially named Allison Belair as Head of Digital. The move marks a major investment in the agency’s future and the formal launch of a dedicated Digital/Social division.
Founded in late 2019 by industry veterans Tommy Gargotta and Seth Byers, Pool Party has grown from its traditional theatrical A/V roots into a digital-first creative powerhouse, producing campaigns for major entertainment properties across film, streaming, and television. The agency has built a reputation for smart, impactful campaigns rooted in culture and craft for clients including Disney Animation, Hulu, 20th Century Studios, Disney+ and Warner Bros.
Gargotta, whose campaigns have driven over $12 billion in global box office, previously held roles as President of Worldwide Creative Advertising at Sony Pictures and EVP of Creative Marketing for Fox Broadcasting. “Allison has been a major part of our digital transformation, and her well deserved promotion will allow her to lead the department to wherever she can dream of,” said Gargotta.
Byers is a global strategy expert with decades of experience leading creative and franchise campaigns for major studios including Universal, Sony and Miramax. “She’s an absolute force in digital creative, and the natural choice to shape Pool Party’s next era.” Byers adds of Belair’s promotion.
Belair, who joined Pool Party 4 years ago, has contributed to a wide range of high-profile campaigns across genres, most recently contributing to the digital campaign behind Disney’s upcoming “Lilo and Stitch” as well as the campaign for the record-breaking “A Minecraft Movie.” Belair has also worked across multiple seasons of “The Kardashians,” “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives,” “Got to Get Out,” Disney Animation’s “Win or Lose” and on multiple AV materials for the 2024 hit “Moana 2.” Known for her intuition around rising trends and a sixth sense for internet culture, she brings a collaborative approach to campaign-building that centers on creativity and connection.
“Working at Pool Party Creative for the last 4 years has been an exceptional honor and a truly life-changing experience. Tommy and Seth’s support and guidance as we built out our digital department has been a beautiful and rewarding journey — one that continues to grow in exciting ways. Being named Head of Digital not only is a tremendous privilege, but gives me such joy to know that the work we have been creating will have greater room to thrive as we move forward.” Belair said.
“Working with Allison is a dream—she brings calm, clarity, and creativity to every project,” said Hayley Perez of Disney. “She’s collaborative, kind, and always in tune with what matters most.”
“Allison is a creative force — she makes every campaign smarter, sharper, and more fun,” added Disney’s Mike Sylvester.
As Head of Digital, Belair will lead Pool Party’s digital initiatives and continue to expand the agency’s impact across platform-driven storytelling.
