In a blockbuster streaming deal, Korean streamer Coupang Play has inked a major content partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery that will bring some of HBO and Max’s most acclaimed series to Korean viewers starting March 21.
The agreement delivers current and future seasons of premium titles including “Game of Thrones,” “Succession,” “House of the Dragon” and “Euphoria,” alongside fan favorites such as “Sex and the City” and “Band of Brothers” to Coupang’s streaming platform.
Coupang Play will exclusively premiere the third season of “The White Lotus,” which notably features Blackpink’s Lisa making her acting debut. The platform will also stream Season 2 of the post-apocalyptic hit “The Last of Us.”
Beyond HBO Originals, subscribers can access select Max Originals including “And Just Like That…” and “The Pitt,” plus blockbuster Warner Bros. films including “Barbie,” “Wonka,” “Shazam! Fury of the Gods,” and “Dune: Part Two” in the coming months.

The strategic content alliance represents a significant expansion for Coupang Play, which offers original content, sports broadcasts, and various entertainment options to domestic viewers via its streaming service.
