With the release of the live-action “Lilo & Stitch” (2025) in theaters during the Memorial Day holiday weekend, expectations are high with a projected up to $160 million box office opening. “Lilo & Stitch” is more popular than ever, so it’s a good time to pick up the 4K Ultra HD release of the original — especially since it’s on sale for its all-time lowest price ever.
Although the original animated film is streamable on Disney+, you can get your hands on the physical media release of “Lilo & Stitch” (2002) on Amazon. The 4K Ultra HD: Ultimate Collector’s Edition is on sale for $31.99 (reg. $40.99), which is a 22% savings.
Along with the movie itself (which is restored in Dolby Vision picture quality and Dolby Atmos audio), the ultimate collector’s edition has a number of bonus features, including deleted scenes, audio commentary track, a few featurettes on the making of the original “Lilo & Stitch” and more. The release comes with the movie on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and downloadable video via digital code.

Directed by Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois, “Lilo & Stitch” follows Lilo (Daveigh Chase), a young girl who lives in Hawaii with her older sister, Nani (Tia Carrere). To cope with the sudden death of their parents, Lilo adopts a “dog” named Stitch (Chris Sanders). However, Stitch turns out to be an alien fugitive on the run from the law and hiding out on Earth. Lilo, Stitch and Nani have to learn to be a family.
The animated film has a voice cast featuring Ving Rhames, David Ogden Stiers, Kevin McDonald, Jason Scott Lee, Zoe Caldwell, Kevin Michael Richardson and others.
