Alex Garland is considering a reunion with his “Warfare” star Kit Connor for his next project, the upcoming film adaptation of “Elden Ring,” produced by A24 and Bandai Namco.
Sources tell Variety that Garland is considering Connor for a starring role in the film, but a formal offer has not yet been made.
News broke last week that Garland was confirmed write and direct a live-action film adaptation of the hit video game, based on the mythological story by George R. R. Martin. “Elden Ring” will be produced by Peter Rice alongside Andrew Macdonald and Allon Reich from DNA, Martin and Vince Gerardis.
Deadline first reported news of the possible reunion. A24 had no comment.
