New Shows and Films for December 2023

With the holidays now in full swing, Netflix is revamping its catalogue with a new lineup of original content and acquired titles to usher viewers into the most wonderful time of the year.

Netflix’s curated holiday collection includes original content like the rom-coms “Falling for Christmas” and “Love Hard,” as well as familiar titles including “Love Actually” and “DreamWorks Holiday Classics.” Other holiday content includes the original series “I Hate Christmas” Season 2 and “Yoh’ Christmas”

The coming-of-age series “My Life With the Walter Boys” will be released this month in addition to Season 6 Part 2 of “The Crown,” which will conclude the biographical drama series. The streamer will also offer fan-favorite comedies like “She’s All That” and “Neighbors,” alongside acclaimed dramas including “Boyz N the Hood” and “Black Swan.”

Netflix original films debuting in December include festival favorites “Maestro” and “May December.” The thriller/drama “Leave the World Behind” starring Ethan Hawke, Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali also streams this month.
